MARATHON SELECTION POLICY 2007 This handbook has been compiled to assist those athletes considering selection to the Teams to compete at the above events. Please take the time to use the extensive resources contained in this booklet, however should you have any queries regarding the information contained within the document please do not hesitate to contact Canoeing South Africa for clarification. In this handbook you will find all the documents you require to nominate yourself for selection to the South African Marathon Team. Be sure to carefully read all sections of this handbook before you complete and sign your nomination forms. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Canoeing South Africa. Ensure you sign the Nomination Form Agreement, which is attached, and if under the age of eighteen at the time of nomination have your parent or guardian also sign. Notification of receipt of your nomination will be forwarded to you. Athletes are also to initial each page of this document (in addition to the nomination form) and hand the complete package back to CSA. Paddlers are encouraged to make and keep their own copies of this Selection Handbook. It should be noted that the acknowledgement is a legal document and affects your rights.
